Our Team
The staff at Rookies are qualified and experienced Early Years Professionals who work closely in partnership with families to support children’s learning and development.
Each room at Rookies has a Senior Room Leader who manages the staff and rooms to ensure Rookies delivers a safe environment where children will enjoy and achieve new skills and learning opportunities.
Rookies supports staff’s learning and development and encourages professional development through training and courses.
All staff that work at Rookies have completed an enhanced DBS check and hold first aid qualifications.
