To join Rookies we require a £100.00 non-refundable registration fee per child which must be paid at the time of being notified of the availability of the requested sessions. This covers the costs of holding the requested sessions, the administration and a free uniform pack containing one of each of the following items: two Rookies polo shirt, book bag and legionnaires hat.

Please note a minimum of two sessions over a minimum of two days is required at all times whilst attending Rookies Day Nursery A free 6 hour settling in period is available to all new children, this can be taken over a maximum of 3 x 2 hour sessions

Upon notification of the availability of your requested sessions customers are required to commence attendance within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your place and registration fee.

Rookies operate a Waiting List Policy which requires parents to pay a £20.00 fee to join its waiting list. Once a suitable space becomes available you will notified by a member of our Management Team and be requested to pay your registration fee of £100.00, minus your waiting list fee (£80.00 payable). Should you decide not to join Rookies and pay your registration fee within a 7 day period of notification of an available space, you will not be refunded your waiting list fee.
